It’s been a little while — and I owe you a real update.
Over the past month, I’ve been sharing more openly about something I didn’t expect to become central to my work:
the gap.
The gap between a stress spike and what happens next.
Between pressure and response.
Between what your nervous system registers… and what you actually do.
What’s surprised me most isn’t the idea itself — it’s how many people have said some version of:
“That’s exactly what I experience. I just didn’t have language for it.”
That’s been clarifying.
So I’ll show you what I’ve been building.
It’s called Anchor.
It’s an Apple Watch app that picks up on early stress signals — like changes in heart rate and HRV — and delivers a subtle haptic nudge.
Not a notification.
Not a prompt to step away.
Just a quiet signal:
there’s still a moment here — use it.
The idea is simple:
your body usually knows you’re under pressure before your mind catches up.
Anchor gives you that moment back while it still matters.
I’ve been running a small private beta over the past few weeks, and the early feedback has been… honestly more meaningful than I expected.
I’ll share more of that soon.
I didn’t build this to compete with meditation apps.
I built it because most tools show up after the moment has passed.
I care about the moment itself —
when you’re in the room, under pressure, and already reacting.
That’s where this needs to work.
